⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchase)
- Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Times: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in either Hong Kong or Canada.
- Estimated Delivery: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact and follow up in case of significant delays or unavailability.
- Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada direct purchase/shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong factory or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
- Post-Order Changes: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please check all options and details carefully before ordering.
- Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.

Personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description.
- Hygiene Items: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, they are generally not accepted for return or exchange unless due to quality issues.
