• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are arranged for international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian procurement/direct shipping product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no original manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or fit issues are generally not accepted; please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada at the time shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are broken.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original factory labels, size guides, usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
