⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)
- Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in either Hong Kong or Canada.
- Estimated Delivery: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
- Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy/direct shipment product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no Hong Kong local manufacturer or distributor warranty is provided. We do not offer repair, part replacement, or technical support services.
- Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or fit issues; please double-check all options and information before ordering.
- Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
- Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
- Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body shape, footwear, styling, screen displays, and manual measurement. Unless the product clearly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit issues or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
- Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible upon receipt. For incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
- Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care guidelines. Issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.
Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. These terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
