The removable inserts were designed to increase the absorption level of the Öko-Flow menstrual panties. Simply slide one or two inserts into the panties and change them as needed. It's as simple as that! Perfect for: menstruation, vaginal discharge, or urinary leaks. The inserts must be worn with the Öko-Flow panties and not alone. Sizes: Please ensure you choose the insert corresponding to the size of the panties you intend to purchase. See available sizes. *LINK* Fabric Properties: Our panty liners and removable inserts are designed to provide an incomparable experience through the exclusive use of premium organic cotton and high-end hemp. Organic cotton, specially knitted for soft contact with the skin, ensures rapid absorption of liquids while guaranteeing optimal comfort. As for the core of the insert, it contains an exceptionally absorbent and naturally antibacterial hemp fabric. This combination guarantees reliable and comfortable protection throughout the day, regardless of the season. Waterproof Membrane: Without added PFASs or nanosilver, the company has chosen a food-grade polyurethane membrane (PUL) for waterproofing the washable panties to prioritize human health by limiting the use of chemicals. Absorption: Absorption capacity of the panty alone or when used with inserts. Note that the S, XS, and XXS formats have lower liquid retention capacity. Care: Öko Créations products are designed to last a long time. Don't forget to read our care guide carefully. *LINK* Benefit from a refund upon purchase: Purchasing quality washable products requires an initial investment, but did you know that some municipalities offer subsidies to purchase them? It's easy to request a refund, and this will allow you to save in the long term by avoiding the purchase of disposable protection every month. Take advantage of it now by consulting our directory. *LINK* Additional Information: Each box includes: - 2 removable inserts - 1 user and care guide. Composition: Insert: 73% organic cotton, 27% hemp. Made in Quebec, Canada. Öko Créations INC. is a woman-led company.
