• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally estimated at 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in either Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there is a significant delay or if the item becomes unavailable.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian procurement/direct-ship product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/colour/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labeling, batches, colour schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the current Canadian version received shall prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Colour & Fit: Variations may occur due to body type, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor colour differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, shoe insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Upon Receipt: Please verify the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
