⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air express to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual delivery taking approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimates Only: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no original manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada at the time shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, our store will handle the situation accordingly.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, & Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body types, styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally non-returnable once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged, unless due to quality issues.
• Receipt Inspection: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. In case of wrong items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: In the event of incorrect items, significant deviations from the description, major quality issues, or transit damage affecting the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
