⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please read before ordering)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly to Hong Kong via international air freight from Canada. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual arrival taking approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timelines: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there are significant delays or supply issues.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body shape, style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once personal items, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are broken, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a quality issue.
• Delivery Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive the goods. For wrong items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modification do not constitute product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable laws in Hong Kong.
