• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are arranged for direct international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to be delivered within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our shop will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. Our shop does not provide repair, parts replacement, technical support, or other commercial warranty services.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, our shop will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body types, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurement. Unless the item clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, related personal fit issues or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange if not due to quality issues once they have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; in the event of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or issues caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly delivered, significantly does not match the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
