⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please note before purchase)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy/direct shipment product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local factory or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and details before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received at the time shall prevail. If there are significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. In case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we may investigate with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, size charts, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Problems resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or has shipping damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
