⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Personal Shopping Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timelines: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timelines are Estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Personal Shopping & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada personal shopping / direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. In case of significant changes to core models, quantities, or main specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected.
• Sizing, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the item clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, related personal fit issues or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; if there is a wrong item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to allow us to verify with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
