⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Procurement Terms (Please note before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are arranged for direct international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This item is a Canada procurement/direct shipping product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong factory or agent warranties, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in physique, shoe types, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may result in reasonable variations. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original factory label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
