Chosen as a favorite by La Presse! A sentence that says it all: "It's the model we spontaneously grabbed first from the drawer." — Catherine Handfield, journalist at La Presse. This starter kit is an excellent turnkey solution from the Öko-Flow collection, specifically designed to meet the needs of: menstruation, vaginal discharge, urinary leakage. More about the panties: Versatile, this 2-in-1 undergarment has an integrated waterproof panty liner for light flow and a removable absorbent insert for heavier flow. It is therefore possible to adjust the desired absorption level as needed by adding 1 or 2 inserts, or by wearing the panty alone. The kit includes 4x Öko-Flow Menstrual Panties; versatile 2-in-1 undergarment with an integrated waterproof panty liner for light flow. 4x Removable Insert; to add into the undergarment for menstruation and/or heavier flow. 1x Waterproof Pouch; ideal for carrying extra inserts or an Öko-Flow panty. Sizes and Measurement See available sizes. *LINK* Where and how to take your measurement? To take your hip measurement, use a flexible tape measure and hold it around the widest part of your hips, above the buttocks and horizontally. Take the measurement in inches, note it down, and repeat the process to ensure the accuracy of the measurement. Fabric Properties Our panty liners and removable inserts are designed to offer an incomparable experience through the exclusive use of premium quality organic cotton and high-end hemp. Organic cotton, specially knitted for soft contact with the skin, ensures rapid absorption of liquids while guaranteeing optimal comfort. As for the core of the insert, it contains an exceptionally absorbent and naturally antibacterial hemp fabric. This combination guarantees reliable and comfortable protection throughout the day, regardless of the season. Waterproof Membrane Without the addition of PFAS or nanosilver, the company has chosen a food-grade polyurethane (PUL) membrane for waterproofing the washable panty to prioritize human health by limiting the use of chemicals. Absorption Absorption capacity of the panty alone or when used with inserts. Note that the 3XS, 2XS, and XS sizes have a lower liquid retention capacity. Care Öko Créations products are designed to last a long time. Don't forget to read our care guide carefully. *LINK* Benefit from a refund upon purchase Buying quality washable products requires an initial investment, but did you know that some municipalities offer grants to purchase them? It's easy to request a refund, and it will allow you to save in the long run by avoiding the purchase of disposable protections every month. Take advantage of it now by consulting our directory. *LINK* Additional Information Composition: Panty: organic cotton, elastane, food-grade polyurethane (excluding trim). Insert: 73% organic cotton, 27% hemp. Made in Quebec, Canada. Öko Créations INC. is a company led by women.

⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchase)
- Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Items are air-shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
- Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
- Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy/direct-shipped product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
- Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please verify all options and details carefully before placing an order.
- Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
- Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
- Sizing, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not quality issues.
- Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not returnable for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
- Usage and Precautions: Please follow original manufacturer labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered quality issues with the product itself.
Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
