On fait ses besoins; 2. On se rince avec le bidet; 3. On essuie l'eau avec le tissus hygiénique; 4. On dépose le tissus dans une corbeille ou wet-bag en attendant le lavage; 5. On recommence! C'est simple! Sans bidet, on s’essuie tout simplement comme on ferait avec du papier jetable, puis on saute à l’étape 4!
