⚠️ Canadian Direct Shipping and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canadian Direct Shipping and Estimated Timing: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally estimated within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timing is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipping item. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranties, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in physique, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are wrong items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
