⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Delivery Times are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, our store will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to outer boxes. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, footwear styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Receiving Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. In case of incorrect goods, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If products are incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, have major quality issues, or arrive with shipping damage that affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
