The actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
- Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there are significant delays or supply issues.
- Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty is provided, nor do we provide commercial maintenance, parts replacement, or technical support services.
- Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
- Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
- Transit Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.

Unless the item significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
- Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (other than for quality issues) once unsealed, tried on, used, or damaged.
- Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. For incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.

Legal Rights: If an item is shipped incorrectly, differs significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
