⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Agency Purchase from Canada (Please note before purchase)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Time: Products are arranged for international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Generally, they are expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with the actual delivery time being approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Agency Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian agency purchase/direct ship item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, selecting the wrong size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Appearance During Transit: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in physique, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may result in reasonable variances. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, such personal fit issues or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damages, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size charts, and usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product received is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
