⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact and follow up with you based on the situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or lack of fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; please refer to the current Canadian version received. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or main specifications, we will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Transportation Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body shapes, shoe types, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once they have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size charts, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or problems caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up based on individual circumstances. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
