⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timeframe is Estimated: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delay or unavailability, our store will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipment. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual product received will be the current version from Canada. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may result in minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health foods, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality issues once unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt; if there is a wrong item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly does not match the description, has major quality issues, or shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
