⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Products are shipped via international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt typically taking about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact and follow up on any significant delays or unavailability.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a direct purchase/shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian suppliers, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit. Please verify all options and information carefully before ordering.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received will prevail. We will handle situations involving major changes to core models, quantities, or primary specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer packaging; these are generally not considered product quality issues if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in physique, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable differences. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues are generally not accepted once they have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as you receive it. In case of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human error, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
