Tilley Contrast Sport Skort | Outdoor Sports & Daily Wear | Overseas Purchasing

⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping & Purchasing from Canada (Please read before ordering)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally estimated within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery takes approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in either Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact and follow up with you regarding significant delays or unavailability.
• Purchasing Service and Local Warranty: This item is a Canada purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or poor fit. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. Should there be significant changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, we will handle the situation as appropriate.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may arise from different body types, footwear, styling, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality issues once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as you receive it. In the event of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with suppliers or logistics providers.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If an item is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
