• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air express to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with a total arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there is a significant delay or inability to supply.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy/direct-ship product. Unless explicitly stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. • Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's tags, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the goods are incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, have major quality issues, or arrive with shipping damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
