⚠️ Canadian Direct Shipping and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canadian Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there are significant delays or if an item is out of stock.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong official or agent warranty. We do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect selection of size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit; please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizes, Colors, and Fit: Variations in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable differences. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality problems.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Delivery Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receiving the shipment. In case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so we can verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or issues caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality defects.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality problems, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
