⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase Terms (Please read before ordering)

• Canada Direct & Estimated Delivery: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with a total lead time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery Times: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
• Direct Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian direct purchase item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, nor do we provide separate maintenance, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian suppliers, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the current Canadian version received will prevail. We will handle cases of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to outer packaging; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Sizes, Colors & Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, minor color differences or fit issues are generally not considered quality defects.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive them. If you discover incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with your order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable laws in Hong Kong.
