• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped via international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally estimated at 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labeling, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. Should there be major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body type, footwear style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours along with order information, full packaging, and clear photos/videos so we can coordinate with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: Should an item be incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, suffer from major quality defects, or sustain shipping damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
