⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Sourcing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Times: Products are arranged for international air freight direct from Canada to Hong Kong. It is generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Times: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you based on the situation.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is sourced/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, no local manufacturer or agent warranty is provided in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details carefully before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, our store will handle the matter according to the circumstances.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on outer boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in physique, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specification or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for non-quality-related returns or exchanges once opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. For incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checks with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable laws in Hong Kong.
