⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Sourcing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping and Estimated Timelines: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of about two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timelines: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is sourced/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranties. We do not provide separate repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please double-check all selections and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. We will address major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality defect.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body types, footwear models, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality defects.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. In case of incorrect shipment, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order information, full packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigations with suppliers or logistics.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality defects.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, possesses major quality defects, or suffers shipping damage that affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
