⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If there are significant delays or supply issues, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please check all options and information carefully before ordering.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or main specifications, we will handle them based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variances. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues with personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality problems.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not returnable once opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for us to verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly does not match the description, has major quality issues, or transport damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
