• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are shipped via international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there are significant delays or supply issues.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not provide repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit. Please check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version received from Canada at the time of purchase shall prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to outer boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality defect.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body shape, footwear, styling, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the chosen specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality defects.
• Hygiene Products: Items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Receipt Inspection: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered quality defects of the product itself.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
