Tilley Airloft Sweatshirt | Outdoor Sports and Everyday Wear | Overseas Purchasing Service

⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are arranged for direct international air shipping from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Service & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada purchase/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. Should there be significant changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
• External Appearance During Transit: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. In the event of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we may verify the issue with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered quality issues with the product itself.

Statutory Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, possesses major quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
