⚠️ Terms for Canada Direct Shipping and Proxy Purchasing (Please Read Before Purchase)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply failure, we will contact you to follow up.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This item is a Canada proxy/direct shipment product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong original factory or agent warranty is provided. We do not provide additional commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or fit issues are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Exterior: Long-distance transport may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Receiving Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original factory labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
