• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeliness: Goods are shipped directly to Hong Kong via international air freight from Canada. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time around two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeliness: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delay or unavailability, our store will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy/direct purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.

• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has a major quality issue, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
