• Timeline is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agent & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong original manufacturer or agent warranty, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.

• Use & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, use, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, clearly inconsistent with the description, has significant quality issues, or if transit damage affects the product itself, function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
