• Canada Direct Shipment & Estimated Delivery Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time around two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Purchasing Agent & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchasing agent/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Order Placement: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual product received will be the current version from Canada. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it as appropriate.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, footwear styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally do not qualify for non-quality related returns or exchanges once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect goods, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
