⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Procurement Terms (Please note before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with a total delivery time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Time Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In cases of significant delay or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is a direct purchase/procurement from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, part replacements, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian suppliers, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit. Please carefully check all options and information before ordering.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. Should there be major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle them based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, & Fit: Variations may occur due to differences in body shape, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, minor personal fit issues or slight color differences are not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange (other than for quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or once their original seals are damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-caused damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered as quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained shipping damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
