"Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is Estimated: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedule adjustments, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability of goods, we will contact you and follow up according to the actual situation.
