Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delay or unavailability, our shop will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our shop does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after ordering: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. • Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
