• Canada Direct Shipment and Estimated Timeline: Goods are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delay or unavailability of goods, our store will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is procured/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian current version received shall prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may arise due to varying body shapes, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. • Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; in case of wrong goods, shortage, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size, use, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
