• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timelines: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, our shop will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Consignment and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian consignment/direct ship item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our shop does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Placing Order: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual current version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our shop will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body shapes, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality issues once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; in case of wrong item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
