"Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Time is Estimated: The arrival date is not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delay or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local original factory or agent warranty is provided in Hong Kong, and our store does not offer commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
