⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are arranged for direct international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In cases of significant delay or inability to supply, we will contact you and follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian direct purchase. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, requests for cancellation, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect selection of size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them based on the actual circumstances.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences may occur due to body type, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as you receive the goods. In case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, full packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modification are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
