⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase & Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipment & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; total receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply failure, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, requests for cancellation, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle them accordingly.
• Shipping Exterior: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in body type, style, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable differences. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal care items, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, unless for quality issues.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive the goods. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
