In case of significant delays or unavailability of goods, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is procured/directly shipped from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local original manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Placing Order: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. • Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
