⚠️ Canadian Direct Purchase & Proxy Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canadian Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or failure to supply, we will contact you and follow up accordingly.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy/direct purchase item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of heart, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit; please carefully check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it according to the situation.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body type, footwear style, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurement. Unless the product clearly does not match the chosen specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not accepted for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once they have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so we can verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transport damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
