⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase Terms (Please note before ordering)

• Canada Direct & Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery takes approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Timeline is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In cases of significant delay or unavailability, we will contact you based on the situation.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This product is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. We will handle cases with major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on outer boxes. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may cause reasonable variations. Unless a product is significantly inconsistent with the chosen specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal care items, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are broken.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive it. For wrong items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer’s labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: In cases where a product is wrong, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
