• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timelines: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timelines are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delay or unavailability, our store will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is procured/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Order Placement: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. • Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, artificial damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.
