⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Time: Products are arranged for international air freight from Canada directly to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it according to the situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in physique, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; for wrong items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modification are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
