• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeliness: Goods are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeliness is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. • Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. • Transit Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.

• Receipt Inspection: Please inspect the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible upon receipt. In case of wrong goods, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
