• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timelines: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timelines are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Purchases & Local Warranty: This item is a Canada purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual current Canadian version received will prevail. In case of significant changes to core models, quantities, or main specifications, we will handle the situation as appropriate.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. This is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected.

• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
