In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up as appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local factory or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.

• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original factory labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
